Access to the portal is free and its use is limited to lawful, personal and informational purposes compatible with these Terms. Splugi aims to reduce the information friction that often accompanies the job search, but does not replace the direct relationship between the candidate and the person who actually offers the position. The portal does not present itself as an agent, representative, selector or official contact person for any companies mentioned in the contents.
The authorized scope of use includes ordinary reading, consultation and navigation of the pages, as well as legitimate interaction with the available institutional forms and channels. Any abusive, extractive, automated use or use contrary to the editorial purpose of the site is excluded. Even when the portal presents guides on advertisements, selection processes, interviews, CVs or professional opportunities, these materials do not constitute a binding offer, individual professional advice, promise of employment or guarantee of results.
You acknowledge that any decision made based on the information consulted on Splugi must be verified directly with the corresponding primary source, be it a company, an advertising platform, an employer or a competent authority. Requirements, position availability, application conditions, timing, salaries and other relevant factors may change at any time without control by the portal.
The user is also responsible for his own digital security, for verifying the conditions of any third party before interacting with them and for prudently evaluating the authenticity of external environments reached via links or references on the portal. Splugi does not fully control these environments and is not responsible for their practices, decisions, policies, availability or results. This includes, without limitation, any applications sent to third parties, tests requested by companies, documents uploaded to external platforms or direct communications with subjects who publish advertisements reachable from the portal.
Article IV – Guidelines of Conduct and Prohibitions
4.1 Engagement in Unlawful Activity
It is strictly prohibited to use Splugi to promote, facilitate, carry out or conceal illegal activities, fraud, regulatory abuse or conduct contrary to the applicable legal system.
4.2 Breach of Applicable Laws
You may not use the Platform in violation of any civil, criminal, commercial, data protection, intellectual property, competition or digital security laws applicable to your conduct.
4.3 Violation of Intellectual Property
The unauthorized copying, reproduction, translation, systematic extraction, redistribution, commercial reuse or appropriation of texts, editorial structures, institutional materials, trademarks or other protected assets of the portal is prohibited.
4.4 Harassment, Discrimination, and Defamatory Speech

4.10 Tampering with Platform Security
You may not violate, force, circumvent or interfere with any security measures, registries, technical limitations, access controls, site protections, anti-fraud mechanisms or operational architecture of the Platform.
Furthermore, unauthorized scraping, automated extraction for AI training, the use of bots to massively replicate content, abuse of forms, operational spam and any attempt to circumvent logs, rate limits or technical barriers implemented by ActiveView OÜ are expressly prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or cancellation of access, removal of violating content, and legal action when necessary.
Article V – Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Splugi is provided “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties of absolute accuracy, permanent completeness, continuous availability, fitness for a particular purpose or immediate update of all contents. While we maintain editorial review processes, we do not guarantee that any information will remain unchanged over time or that the user will obtain a specific result from its consultation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ActiveView OÜ will not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, decisions, omissions or consequences arising from the use of the portal or from any reliance placed on its contents. Article VI – Validity and Legal Provisions
These Terms remain in effect as long as you use Splugi or interact with its resources, unless updated or replaced by a later version published on the portal.
ActiveView OÜ may reorganize, discontinue, limit, suspend or discontinue totally or partially categories, guides, modules, contents, tools or functionalities of the portal for editorial, technical, legal, strategic or commercial reasons.
Splugi maintains an exclusively informative and editorial nature. The existence of the portal and its institutional channels does not create a relationship of continuous support, management of applications, mediation with third parties or individualized assistance. Any possible dispute will be evaluated in compliance with the applicable mandatory rules, without introducing rigid universal terms that may conflict with the rights provided by law.
ActiveView OÜ may also decide, for reasons of security, reliability, regulatory compliance or protection of editorial integrity, to limit access to certain surfaces of the portal, temporarily suspend specific features or change the way in which some resources are presented to users. These measures must not be interpreted as a breach of duty towards the user when they are reasonably connected to the protection of the portal or the adaptation of its operation.
Article VII – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory obligations arising from consumer protection, privacy, digital transparency or other mandatory provisions applicable in practice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute relating to Splugi, these Terms or the use of the portal will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of Tallinn, Estonia.
Since Splugi is calibrated on the Italian market and receives operational relevance mainly in Italy, the portal adopts a prudent and transparent territorial posture with respect to the `GDPR` framework, the Italian Privacy Code and the interpretative standards of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data. This reference does not transform Splugi into an official subject of the labor market nor does it attenuate the fact that the portal remains an editorial and information environment. Rather, it means that, when the context requires it, the portal takes into account privacy rights, consent standards, content transparency and mandatory rules applicable to users located in Italy.
For the avoidance of doubt, Splugi does not intermediate payments, does not require release or hiring fees, does not promise guaranteed interviews and does not use wording that should be interpreted as a direct offer of employment or as an authorized placement service. If the portal mentions third-party programs, opportunities or platforms, this mention is for informational purposes only and does not change our independent editorial role. 8.1 Content Ownership

Ownership belongs to ActiveView OÜ or their respective owners when expressly indicated.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, translation, extensive adaptation, redistribution, commercial exploitation, systematic extraction or reuse of the contents of the portal is prohibited. Access to the site does not grant you any rights to the intellectual assets other than a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license for personal and informational consultation.
